SUMMARY
If you move a window outside of the display frame (so that it is visible only
partially), the window is drawn in the applet in its entirety, stretching
outside of the applet borders.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any window
2. move it to the right, for instance, so that it is visible only partially
3. see the window drawn outside of the applet, covering nearby applets (see the
attachment)
