I wouldn't spend a lot of time on this, I'm sure with another update it 
will go away but if your like me

It is a strange thing, look at the attachments.

If I copy and paste /usr/bin/kate, kate opens. works correct! no error 
popup.

Copy and paste /home/dan/seamonkeyseamonky it's not there because it's 
not. works correct! just file not found.

If I click on the Google link or any other I get the error but Google 
opens behind the error popup.  Wrong!

If I click on the Home link, I get the error but kde.org opens behind 
the error popup. wrong!

And Seamonkey is installed in /usr/bin. Thanks
