As i said elsewhere, this is what happens when you write a bit of code, and then go "well, but what if some obscure compiler doesn't know how to scoping good" and then you change a thing in one place and forget it in the other (that is, both the member var and function parameter used to be q, but i then decided that they should be slightly more clear, and then... didn't do all of it).
