Tooltip
SUMMARY
When the loading progress bar is visible, hovering on the blank area will still
trigger tooltips.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "Update"
2. Hover on the blank area, where the package size label is hidden under the
area.
OBSERVED RESULT
A tooltip is shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
No tooltip is shown.
