1st: Start the System Settings:
Emacs!



2. Goto Audio Hardware and see that there is no way to configure it correctly:
Emacs!


3.One has to sperately start PulseAudio Volume Control:
Emacs!


4. Only there one can do part of the *real* configuration of the
output profile that should be in the system settings:
Emacs!


And suddenly the System Settings dialog shows the necessary options:
Emacs!


5. But that is still not complete! One has to also start Alsamixer to
unmute the mutet channels (center and side):
Emacs!



Result: All of the above must be selectable from the settings dialog
by default!
