Seagate is to blame for everything. This is shit SMR technology. This drive
needs brakes and smaller packs of data. It’s busy working for 10 min after huge
copy process. After brake works faster, then slows down. And if you turn it off
immediately, which on USB is common thing, it's internal program may go into
some sort of loop or what.
