STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Display Configuration KCM
2. set display scale to 125% and apply/keep the change
3. set display scale to 100% and apply
OBSERVED RESULT
KCM is partially drawn behind the dialog to keep/revert the change.

EXPECTED RESULT
KCM is entirely drawn behind the dialog
