One is a Kubuntu-specific one added by their packaging. I guess they forgot to
change the name and preview screenshot. You should take this up with them.
FWIW in Fedora I see the same thing, except the Fedora-added SDDM theme has a
different name and preview screenshot, so they can be distinguished from one
another.
