Thanks for the info. If that's the case, it's either a bug in Libinput, or a
hardware issue, which Libinput is failing to work around, or working around
improperly. Either way I would recommend following up with Libinput at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/-/issues
