SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Wayland session
2. Go to Display Configuration
3. Change the display scaling from 100% to 125%
OBSERVED RESULT
The currently opened System Settings window and also the task manager are
blurry. This fixes with logout/login again.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma should not require a logout/login to fix blurry apps, they should not be
blurry after the change in the 1st place.
