SUMMARY
just upgraded to fedora 34 from fedora 33 and subsequently to new
plasma/framework versions. i did not touch my previous config, which was
working fine.
now, apps are remebered, window sizes also, but no desktop placement, so ALL
windows clutter up on first desktop and i have to redistribute them over my
many desktops manually every time. also other attributes (like stay above/under
all) are not remembered
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open several instances of eg dolphin (or other app, but firefox, which has
it's own placement and working)
2. distribute the windows over several desktops
3. re-login
OBSERVED RESULT
all windows are placed on 1. desktop
EXPECTED RESULT
windows should remember their desktop

i have seen bug 15329, but in my opinion does not apply.
