I have the same issue, also with the same configuration line. If I had the
time, I'd try to fix this, but right now all I can do is confirm the problem.
It appears to time out, given a couple minutes, to return a 'permission
denied'.
In case someone has doubts about it, ordinary sudo in my terminal works, as
does my ssh configuration.
