Disabled footer
SUMMARY
A cursor theme with only 1 size entirely disables the footer, instead of the
dropdown itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into Get New Cursors
2. Get a cursor like Burning Super Death Sword
(https://www.pling.com/p/1309303)
3. Select the BURNING SUPER DEATH SWORD
OBSERVED RESULT
The whole footer is made insensitive/disabled, thus meaning Cursor Management
becomes inaccessible.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only the dropdown would be disabled.

I guess someone routed the disabling code to the wrong piece of the QML file.
