Yes, it helps, animations goes smooth, but whithout tooltips I can't see what
application I have in dock, if it have not it's own icon and displaying
standart Xorg icon. Tooltips are useful for this. But they are laggy. What if
we add some timeout to display tooltip? Maybe, one second after hovering? If it
will not render immediately after mouse hover, there will not any lag?
