SUMMARY
kicker torn-off menu goes under latte-dock if dock has "auto-hide" and "keep
above fullscreen"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add simple menu plasmoid to latte dock
2. configure latte dock to hide (almost any option in dock produces bug)
3. open any list in a menu that is longer than height of a list item in a menu
OBSERVED RESULT
(see attachment)
last items in a list are hidden behind the dock, probably because latte dock
has biggest z-height possible in such configuration
EXPECTED RESULT
list goes over dock or list is higher than list's item in menu or lower edge of
a list is inline with lower edge of menu

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
the only option that doesn't produce bug is "windows can cover" In that case
though, dock can't be above fullscreen window
