What kind of program was your attachment 12345 created by? If so, we need the
corresponding image. If your collection was scanned again, you did something
wrong. Since you wrote in the other bug report that you changed the volume IDs
manually in the database, something went wrong anyway. If the correct tags were
not imported, you probably have a mix of tags in your images and you have to
configure the advanced metadata settings in digiKam accordingly.

The migration of the database works flawlessly. We are performing a database
update in digiKam-7.4.0, I have converted my database in all directions for the
test.
