SUMMARY
Right now we can't assign a shortcut to a docker. I think it'd be very useful
if it's possible. For example I want to open Layers only when I need it. Right
now the only way is to enter/exit canvas only mode. But I'd like to toggle
dockers separately, not as a whole.
