Here is a minimal example: Add an empty panel to a workspace, drag it to the
left and add a digital clock.
Result: The clock does not have padding and looks ugly. The bold font touches
the panel edge, the non-bold font in this screenshot has a tiny distance to the
edge, but is still almost touching the edge.
