The problematic line in the kritarc file seems to be: showDockerTitleBars=false You have to either set this to true or remove it. The only code path to change this seems to be through the Command Bar. And it seems intentional for the docker title bar to disappear or reappear if the toggle is turned on/off. I'm not sure if the bug should be closed as intentional or not, Halla what do you think?
