It's a bit disappointing from a user perspective as a lot of interesting programs use Qt and are not KDE apps (especially in the scope of music applications), but I understand rebuilding all Qt-based apps is way too laborious. I personally avoid snap/flatpak/appimage, for they take up unnecessary amounts of disk space, and are often not well-integrated into the system. So maybe I should really switch distribution.
