Install Microsoft's DebugView, set the Debug System environment variable and
give us the log when trying to add the collection. Description here:

Otherwise we will not be able to reproduce it, a possible cause would be that
your drive was or is a system drive and contained a Winsows installation.
A general problem is not known, I often add drives when testing the Windows
version.
