I can see and count the pixels in your images. This is caused by the 'start jump/delay' when snapping to assistants. For me, the start jump/delay is 3 pixels and that is the same for concentric circles and the parallel ruler. For you, it looks like it's about 12 pixels on the circle and I'm surprised that it's smaller for a straight line.
