Its 'Gnomeization' to remove options. We should have "Leave as is" or "Do not
change", because some people use other power-saving machinery on laptops. It
can also break badly multiuser setups, users who use PAN Bluetooth (instead of
WiFi for power saving), or people using services running in background (like
MPD, Kodi) and Bluetooth Remotes.

So while adding options to change or restore something is nice, I don't see why
we cannot keep 4th option "Do nothing" (or however it would be called). I
believe if some options is confusing, the problem lies in naming(not option
existence). We also have on-hover tooltips to explain each option in details(I
think)
