SUMMARY
Any widget removed last session reappears on shutdown and reboot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set desktop appearance to desktop
2. Log in to kwin session
3. Add widgets, then remove some widgets
4. shut down and reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets removed in step 2 reappear after reboot. this affects both widgets on
the desktop and on the panels.
EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets removed in step 2 would not reappear after reboot
