Frame drops oberved in FPS
SUMMARY
Few minutes after boot the UI starts to stutter not sure what the root cause is
but it is often accompanied by audio issues (can even crash pulseaudio
sometimes)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use youtube and Gmeet for a while.
2. After some duration (sleep & wake increases the chances of this issue) UI
starts starts to stutter.
Note. Even after restart plasmashell and kwin_x11 the issue still persists.
