SUMMARY

When starting up my computer I have a weird graphical bug on startup of my
computer on a dual screen setup

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rearrange my displays as left higher than the right
2. turn off the computer
3. turn it back on

OBSERVED RESULT

Graphical bug with my wallpaper

EXPECTED RESULT

The wallpaper should be the same on both screens without changing anything in
display configuration

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux 5.13.10-arch1-1 (64 bit)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.84.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

GPU: Msi GTX 1050TI
Left monitor: 1360x768
Right monitor 1920x1080
I'm running the latest version of every software. I also clean installed my
Arch Linux installation and the bug still occurs. The only way to temporarily
fix it is to changing the height in display configuration of the left monitor
0,312 instead of 0,0.
