Arch just upgraded KDE packages to konsole-21.08.0 and this issue popped up.
The toolbars showed up many months ago and I disabled them and they stayed off.
The upgrade seems to ignore whatever config there is / was.
Downgrading konsole to konsole-21.04.3 makes it go away again. Zero other
changes to configs or anything.
Personally, I don't think the "Remember Windows Size" setting is a solution
either. I like my "profile" default size.
