Hello amazing Krita devs,

Today I was trying to open a .WEBP file with Krita, but MacOS was giving me a
very hard time since Krita does not specify that it can handle that file
format:

Krita can very easily open the .WEBP file if I open Krita first, then select my
file through Krita's file chooser dialog: https://i.imgur.com/kMvdJ41.png

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download a .WEBP file (example link - not guaranteed to be up forever;

2. In Finder, Right click the .WEBP file -> Open With -> Other
3. Find Krita
4. Observe you can't open it unless you disable "Recommended Applications"

OBSERVED RESULT
* MacOS does not know Krita can open .WEBP formats

EXPECTED RESULT
* In MacOS' Finder, Krita should be known as an app that can handle .WEBP
formats (like it is for PNG/JPG)
