I can't say it's related, but very well could be. One of the issues I'm seeing is when I detach a chrome tab, and drag it, it goes SUPER slow and drags slowly. Then it snaps back weird. I also highlight text, click and pull it it also goes slowly. These are bugs that I'm not sure how to report, or if I should report, but odd behaviors that have recently (like last month or 2) started happening.
