SUMMARY
If a transaction was for example imported and therefore requires Accepting,
reconciling it should automatically mark it as accepted as well.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import an online transaction, so that it is possible to "Accept it"
2. Reconcile it
3. Notice that transaction still can be "Accepted"
