--- Comment #6 from linn...@gmail.com --- I've installed Suse Leap 15.3 and then installs KDE Plasma 5.22.4, (Frameworks v5.84.0). Unfortunately that there's still problem. But I figured out that it may relate to configurations (which worked without problem before with previous versions of KDE). Freshly created user does not have problem.
