Then you have dependencies missing, contact your distribution and complain to
them, hopefully they can figure out what's missing.

Gazillion is a fancy word that means a lot, sorry for using it.
The missing icons also seem to be an issue in packaging, also complain to your
distribution.
I'm closing the issue because there's nothing more we can do, rsibreak for
PopOS seems to be wrongly packaged and is missing dependencies, once they fix
that, it should work.
