I installed it from source on Neon User, but it doesn't really work, searching for outdated packages fails with a NotImplementedError and showing specific packages with a FileNotFoundError. Anyway, I don't quite understand what use Tracer should be for this problem. for it only finds running outdated applications, with outdated meaning that an in-memory binary is different from its on-disk equivalent. This is a post-update tool only.
