When an application sets KCrash::Autorestart, when it crashes, just an SNI is
shown to not bother the user too much because the app automatically restarted
anyway.
However, KWin in its crashHandler calls system() to restart itself with
--crashes argument to keep track of how often it has crashed recently.
This means that DrKonqi shows a notification and offers to "Restart
application" which won't do anything as KWin auto-restarted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. killall -6 kwin_x11
OBSERVED RESULT
DrKonqi crash notification with "Restart application" appears
EXPECTED RESULT
No "Restart application" option as KWin auto-restarts
