You can use the environment variable KWIN_DRM_DEVICES to choose in which order
KWin uses the GPUs. KWIN_DRM_USE_EGL_STREAMS is no longer necessary at all.
In your case KWIN_DRM_DEVICES="/dev/dri/card1;/dev/dri/card0" would likely be
what you want. If the output is connected to the integrated GPU though then
your performance will be degraded.
