            Bug ID: 440418
Summary: There is no distinction between hover and activated
states on button "Keep above/below other Windows"
           Product: Breeze
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Manjaro
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: window decoration
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: 3myu40...@relay.firefox.com
                CC: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

There is no distinction between hover and activated states on button "Keep
above/below other Windows". This is problematic because a user may think that
the button is bugged and is not changing states.

1. Add button "Keep above/below other Windows" to window decorations
2. Hover over it
3. Activate it
4. Hover over it again

You can see that there is no difference

There should be different shades of grey, so the user can know when it's both
activated and hovering over and when they're just hovering over it.
