SUMMARY There is a bug in KDE Plasma 5.22.3 and 5.22.4 on both Xorg and Wayland on Linux (OpenSUSE, Arch, Neon) that is as follows: STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set up two screens, in my case, my laptop screen is primary and my drawing tablet is secondary 2. Make or place an icon/folder on your desktop 3. Move said icon onto your secondary monitor. Right click it. The prompt will map correctly based on the screen geometry but will be on the incorrect screen. It will be on the primary monitor instead of the secondary monitor you just moved it to. Picrel is the consequence of whatever is causing this issue. OBSERVED RESULT Your prompt will be mapped on the incorrect screen. EXPECTED RESULT Your prompt should be drawn on the correct screen (the secondary monitor you moved your folder/icon to).
