Similar to bug 439269
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the arrow to show icons hidden in system tray
2. activate "keep open" feature by clicking on the button in the upper right
corner
3. open system tray settings by clicking on the button beside "keep open"
button
OBSERVED RESULT
system tray settings opens and "Status and notificatons" popup pinned in the
step 2 unexpectedly closes
EXPECTED RESULT
"Status and notificatons" popup remains open when we open system tray settings
