SUMMARY
When inline renaming a file on the desktop by using the slow double click
method, drag selecting text causes the file to be dragged instead.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start renaming a file on the desktop by using a slow double click
2. Immediately start drag selecting parts of the text
OBSERVED RESULT
The renaming is cancelled and the file is dragged instead
EXPECTED RESULT
Text is selected
