Per the discussion in
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/merge_requests/515, if KFileFilterCombo
sorts the lit of mimetypes, it would override the order that the calling app
could have set, an example is libreoffice putting e.g. *.odt at the top of the
list.
So, this has to be fixed per app, not in open file dialog.
