The left-most display is not the primary one despite of the windows getting
opened there (sometimes even after moving the window to the other screen and
closing the window).
Yes, I would use a newer version but I'm using what is available for Debian 10
stable. If possible please make Debian get a newer version of KDE up or create
an unofficial repo for newer KDE packages for Debian (I guess that would cause
a lot of mismatching packages troubles though).
