STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf
2. use the handwritten annotation tool
3. it becomes unreadable as if ink would spread around

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have just updated from 18.04 where everything worked as expected,
so it is a bug of the version shipped with 20.04
Notice that this is not that bad with the mouse,
only the part written with a Stylus is bad,
the wacom setting in the kde disappeared so that could be one of the reasons...
