--- Comment #1 from frautu...@gmx.de --- I played around again with the security settings in kmail. After setting MDN policy to "ask", I was asked if I wanted to sent a receipt (expected behaviour). Then I set back the policy to "ignore". Surprise, surprise, now no receipt is sent anymore. This may have been just a setting that was not correctly displayed in the GUI dialog.
