STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply a widget to the dock
2. give it a custom icon and apply it
3. it will appear as a grey image
OBSERVED RESULT
Custom icons on widgets have a grey icon
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon appears correctly as the selected icon.
