Plasma shadows inconsistent
If you modify shadow Size and Strength in "Window Decorations" then it will be
applied to Qt and GTK apps, but App launcher, Tray widgets, Calendar, Widgets
Adder, Desktop and Panels contextual menus, Notifications all of them don't
follow the same settings. See attached image for more info.
