file showing color picker+acs red bug

SUMMARY
Middle panel of Advanced Color Selector does not update when color-picking pure
reds (red channel only, no green or blue).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open attached file, or make a several patches of pure reds with a flat+no
texture+100% opaque brush (any value) and a few other colors for comparison.
2. select any of the non red colors (labelled 'ok' in file) using the color
picker tool or shortcut.
3. attempt to color pick one of the pure reds(labelled 'not ok' in file).

OBSERVED RESULT
The Center panel of the Advanced Color Selector remains at the same hue as the
previously selected color (and does not update to red) - the value and
saturation, and the position of the marker on the hue-wheel seem to update
correctly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Expected the color of the Advanced Color Selector to update to reflect the
color I just selected.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tested for similar behavior briefly with specific color selector, small color
selector, and the plugin pigment.io. Seems to be no problem with them.
Also apologise that this is somewhat a duplicate of 434268 but decided to post
anyway as the poster for 434268 was apparently unable to reproduce the bug.
