SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Grab a high-res wallpaper (mine is from
https://github.com/kitsunebishi/Wallpapers/blob/main/images/00040.png if
needed, I also tested other wallpapers from that same repo with the same
results).
2. Click on configure desktop, then add and select your wallpaper.
3. Apply said wallpaper.
OBSERVED RESULT
Had to wait for a few seconds, then wallpaper turned a solid black.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should just apply the wallpaper.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Pop_OS! 20.04 with kubuntu-desktop
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
