I haven't tested this on X11 yet, but I assume this is a wayland-exclusive
issue.
To reproduce, go to Tools > Digitally Sign, and attempt to draw a rectangle. No
matter how you click and drag the mouse, it fails to create a rectangle, and
warns you that the rectangle you created is too small.
