Bug ID: 439621 Summary: Resizing borders only easy with "No Borders", hard with tiny borders Product: kwin Version: 5.22.2 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: boslma...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 139932 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=139932&action=edit Border resize Area only a few pixels SUMMARY The Borders of Windows are only easy to resize, when the setting in "Window Decorations" is "No Borders", because everywhere else resizing is only possible when touching the border pixels with the mouse and these can be very small. When having No Borders, the "resize area" is very large so its pretty easy to hit. Please make this resize area the same for all border sizes the same or at least make an option to let this be activated or else Tiny Borders are basically unusable because they are so hard to hit. (Just Google the problem, there are many people noticing the same, it's not just me.) STEPS TO REPRODUCE Go to "Window Decorations" Set Window Border Size to tiny Try to resize Windows, without needing 10 seconds to hit them.
