Sorry, but if you didn't update Krita, and things changed, then it's an issue
with your system, and not a bug in Krita. Maybe you got a Windows update, or a
tablet driver update, maybe you changed some system settings, but this isn't
something we can investigate and fix.
(Especially tablet offset issues are often tablet driver problems interacting
with changes in display scaling or monitor settings.)
